Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £50.

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 days, depending on where you are and the product ordered. We work with multiple suppliers to get your items to you as quickly as possible, which means items in the same order may arrive separately.

Here’s a general guide for estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 6–15 days (some items 3–5 days)

  • US: 8–15 days (some items 2–7 days)

  • EU: 6–18 days (some items 4–8 days)

  • Australia: 8–19 days

  • Canada: 9–19 days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

We always prioritise suppliers with the fastest and most reliable delivery options, but delays can occasionally happen due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
